Electric sunroof

The motor is powered by opening and closing the sunroof through the transmission device, and can turn the direction of the motor by changing the direction of the current to change the direction of rotation of the motor and realize the opening and closing of the skylight.

Transmission: mainly by the worm gear transmission mechanism, the middle gear transmission mechanism (active intermediate gear, transition intermediate gear) and drive gear and other components. The gear transmission mechanism receives the power of the motor, changes the direction of rotation, and transmits the power to the sliding screw, so that the skylight can be opened and closed; and the power is transmitted to the cam, so that the cam contact limit switch is opened and closed. The active intermediate gear and the worm gear are fixed on the same shaft and rotate synchronously with the worm wheel. The transition intermediate gear and the driving gear are fixed on the same output shaft, driven by the active intermediate gear, so that the driving gear drives the glass to open and close.
